VIETNAM – A JOURNEY OF BEAUTY, HISTORY, AND CULTURE

Vietnam lies on the edge of Southeast Asia and is a country that offers travelers plenty of diversity: from its natural beauty, its ancient traditions and culture, to modern energy and excitement. Your senses will be awakened as you travel through different regions, each telling its own story. You will leave Vietnam with a collection of unforgettable experiences.

Most tours start in the North of the country in the capital city of Hanoi, where you will see locals whizzing around on their scooters, while others enjoy their pho at sidewalk cafes. The Old Quarter shows off colonial architecture in a maze of narrow streets. Not too far from the capital is Halong Bay, where limestone peaks rise out of the sea. Here, during a one or two-night cruise, you can absorb the serene beauty and participate in activities such as kayaking, cooking classes, and visits to caves.

Traveling to Central Vietnam to the imperial city of Hue, rich in ancient history, with plenty of citadels, tombs, and pagodas to be seen. Only a couple of hours away is Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage town and a treasure trove of cultural and historical sites dating back to its time as a trading post. Here you can also take a sunset cruise on the Bon River. If you are a foodie, you can hop from café to café.

In the South lies Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), which is abuzz with energy. Modern High-rise buildings next to French colonial buildings. Ho Chi Minh City is also the gateway to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where you can learn about Vietnam’s wartime history in an immersive way. Close to the city lies the Mekong Delta, where a boat ride will introduce you to lush waterways and many floating markets.

And….. Vietnam is a wonderful place for all you food lovers. Every region offers its own specialties with its local ingredients. In the north, it is all fresh herbs, with broths in the central region and coconut dishes in the south. Let’s not forget about the people of Vietnam – very welcoming and warm. During your journey, you may get to share tea with a local family, see how they work in the fields, or fish in the delta. Vietnam is more than just a holiday – it is an everlasting experience that combines natural wonders, ancient history, culture, and adventure. Your memories will last long after the journey has been completed
